We want you to love your skincare products from Silverpicks.

Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unopened and unused in original packaging.

• Opened skincare items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
